Cut appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. Color appointments 48 hours in advance. Failure to cancel or reschedule appointments within the allotted time are subject to a charge of 75% of the service fee. No show or same day cancellations are subject to 100% of the service fee. Credit cards are taken upon booking to acknowledge the cancellation policy and reserve your appointment.

Full day appointments require a $300 non refundable deposit, but may be transferred.
